Conversion of a derelict manor house into six luxury apartments, sold with a 10-year warranty to new-build standards. Works included a full strip-out to shell, roof replacement, basement reduction of over 2 metres, underpinning, tanking and 100 linear metres of retaining structures.

Structural remediation and partial replacement of a condemned access gantry serving five silos, 45 metres above ground, at a live food-production facility in Seaforth. FAS acted as principal contractor and temporary works coordinator, from access strategy and design through construction.
